Our short hearing checks last for approximately 20-30 minutes and is free. We recommend this for anyone who is having their first hearing test. If significant hearing loss is found, we then recommend a full hearing assessment. This is also free of charge.

Our full hearing assessments last for approximately 60-90 minutes and is also free. We recommend this for anyone who has had a shorter hearing check and significant hearing loss was found.

Our ear wax removal lasts for approximately x minutes is costs £50. This is the price whether we find wax in one or both ears. We use micro suction to remove ear wax.

Our ear wax removal aftercare appointment lasts for approximately 20 minutes is free. This appointment is a follow up for people who have been to us to have ear wax removal in the previous x months.

Our Hearing Aid Review appointments last for approximately 60 minutes and is free. This appointment for for patients who have had hearing aids dispensed by us. All patient who have hearing aids through Observatory get a free annual check up to ensure their hearing is still optimal.

Our Hearing Protection appointment lasts for approximately 30 minutes. This consultation goes through what your needs are and what the available options to solve your problem are. The consultation is free. At the appointment, we will go through all of your options and clearly set out pricing options.
