Free Hearing Assessment

Our full hearing assessment is also offered free of charge. A full assessment is done when hearing loss was discovered during the shorter hearing check.

This appointment will go into more detail that the hearing check. We look at your hearing status and any hearing difficulties you are experiencing.

The full hearing assessment appointment can take up to 90 minutes so that adequate time is given to explore all areas of your hearing that are important to you.

If hearing aids are recommended for you to use, we have a large selection of products to suit from a mild to profound hearing loss.

We also have a large selection of accessories on hand and we can demonstrate how these devices can benefit you even in the most challenging of listening environments If you have already purchased hearing aids from Observatory Opticians and Hearing Centre, you will have experienced our excellent aftercare and service available to all our clients. These appointments include:

• Free appointment to fit your hearing aids to your own individual specifications.
• Free follow-up appointments to adjust your hearing aids and rehabilitate hearing difficulties.
• Free review appointments to monitor you hearing progress and check your hearing aids.
• Free service appointments where your ears can be examined, or hearing aids can be checked for any malfunction.
